We do not allow pets at The Farm Home, including support animals, due to allergies. Thank you in advance for making accommodations for your pet while you're traveling.

Old houses have their quirks...this one is no different. While we welcome all guests, this house is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations due to the staircase & shower access. Traveling with a baby? Houses built pre-1978 are at risk for Lead Paint. Guests acknowledge the risks prior to booking.

1. Please remove all shoes upon entry. No Ski Boots Inside. 
2. No pets of any kind.
3. No smoking on premises or illegal substances.
4. No air mattresses, no extra guests.
5. Do not tape or adhere any decor to the walls, doors or ceilings. No glittery or loose decor allowed in the house.
6. No parties or events.
7. Guests are not permitted to use the wood stove without prior experience. It's a fire hazard if not used properly. Please use Nest Thermostat to control heat.
8. Beach towels provided in mudroom for the river & swimming holes. Please keep other towels inside the home for bath/showers.
9. Report any damage immediately to us. We've put in a lot of time to make this a beautiful space. Please be respectful of all of the furniture and accessories that we've lovingly collected and curated. This home is special to us, thank you!
