A quaint Cape Cod beach cottage built in the 1940s was in dire need of a makeover. This lovingly cared for family home now welcomes a fresh summer breeze & renters alike! This project was completed on a small-scale budget; we touched each room in the home with exception of kitchen & bathroom.
